I thought the ending with the husband was a bit odd, like the whole thing at the cabin just seemed a bit off. I can’t find the words for it. Then her at the very end, I was like what!? Did she lie so much that she convinced herself of a truth. It’s been a bit since I’ve read it, but I can’t remember what story about her children and husband was actually true. Or maybe that was the point🙃Also, I’m so excited for you to get into Elin Hilderbrand books. I’ve read almost all of them and love them!! She’s coming out with a new book, I believe this fall or maybe summer, she wrote with her daughter set at a boarding school. I think it’s going to be good.
Oh man, it's all coming back to me now. I was definitely confused by the end of the book!
I'd love an Elin recommendation - I'm thinking I'll pick up The Blue Bistro or 28 Summers to read this summer! And yes, I read about the book with her daughter, so sweet!
Honestly, I don’t think you can go wrong with any of Elin’s books. I’ve really enjoyed all the ones I’ve read. I love her writing style. I think those two are great ones to read this summer😊
My goodness I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed! There are so many amazing titles to be added to my TBR list. So glad summer break is here soon and I can work my way through this list!
I’d say start with The Road to Tender Hearts! I have 30 pages left and I can confidently say you’d love it (it has some dark moments but balanced with light random quirkiness).
So many good reads!
Thanks! LMK what you pick up.
Great recs!!!
Thank you! Any others you’d suggest?
Maybe Red River Road which i a "road trip" story but a thriller as well!
Oooh love the sound of that!
What did you think of the end of None of of this is true??
Shocked but in a good way. I know this is being adapted and I’d love to see how they interpret the ending on screen. You???
