What a good month, Mackenzie! I feel like those first three all definitely fit into a vibe and isn't that the best when you get on a streak of reading books you love?
I can see that, I just ate up the Atlantic City setting and thought it resolved a HUGE part of all their drama. I’m interested in where the last two books will take us.
Wild Dark Shore was such a ride!!
Those last 70 pages…. wow

Yes, really vibing with literary thrillers at the moment! Very happy to see this switch in my monthly reading.
Wild Dark Shore was amazing! My favorite of the year so far.
Ahh I’m leaning towards that, too! What others have you loved this year?
I read Heartburn by Nora Ephron and flipped for it. The funniest book I've ever read? I loved Broken Country too!
Adding both of those to my list!
I just finished 7.5 deaths of Evelyn hardcastle…I wish I had DNF ending was disappointing. Book was great at making me fall asleep 🤣
Sometimes those are necessary but also bummer it wasn’t a win! Maybe May will be a better reading month.
I loved Weyward! I'll def need to check out The Sirens!
I think you’d like it! You’ll have to keep me posted.
I thought book #4 in the Finlay Donovan was a little too over the top so I appreciated how book #5 seemed to get back to its roots.
